SHIPPING POLICY

Our shipment options are:

  1. Standard: 1-3 Business Days

  2. Express Shipping: 1-2 Business Days

The expected delivery schedule will include a 1-2 day fulfillment process for the item to be packaged for the shipping facility in Atlanta GA. Any pre-sale items will reach the shipping stage at the close of business on the last sale date. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details included therein. As we a not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen purchase after it has been shipped, we suggest that you consider including mailing insurance with your shipping selection.

Please note, All orders over $150 will require a signature confirmation.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

Here at Strands Salon Atl, we stand by our products and services. Should you receive a product that is less than you expected, you are able to request a full refund. Any hair extensions or lashes will be refundable when they are in the precise condition that they were in upon you receiving them. Any worn or altered hair extension or lash set is ineligible for a refund, return, or exchange. A full refund consists of the purchase price only. Shipping costs are non-refundable and the customer is responsible for the shipping on a return or item eligible for exchange.

Should you purchase an item and decided upon receipt that you prefer another item of equal or lesser value, you may request an exchange for such purchase. The product will be eligible for exchange only when in its original condition, unused/ unaltered, and in its original packaging. Any return or exchange transaction must be conducted within 30 days of the shipping date. A receipt is required for the reimbursement of the item to be returned or exchanged. Disbursement of a refund must be in the exact form of payment as the original purchase.

All Sale or Clearance products are FINAL sales and ineligible for a refund or exchange on the purchase.
